 Take Two Hours Back – Digital Detox Coffee mornings and afternoons, at a venue near you. 

  • Take the opportunity to make new friends, learn a new hobby or simply read a book, without worrying about being disturbed by technology, while learning what taking a break from your phone for two hours can do to improve things like your mental wellbeing and sleep patterns. 
  • You’ll get a little draw string bag to pop your devices in, that also has a leaflet, bookmark and fidget toy in, to take away with you. 
  • Best of all, its free of charge to come along and there’ll be donation tins so you can “pay what you can” for cuppas, biscuits and cakes.
